a most helpful book in dealing with everyday life and all its ups and down

One of the best books I've read on this subject; Gold knows the area from the literature perspective and the therapeutic perspective. So much to use in this book, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Read this book to make life more understandable and to help deal with lifes challenges and upsets. He gives a list of books in dealing with particular problems - fiction can be instructive and helpful to anybody. Love this book.
