Highly recommended, it helps me a lot to clear my mind.

The first chapter and first sentence - life is difficult. How often we assume and think about life is easy, and anything happened we suffered and agonized why it happened to me rather than accept the fact life is difficult and how to face and solve the problems and go through the difficult and painful time. The book emphasized the vision of life - it is difficult and tough and hold you breath and experience it and plan for it.

Second part I like is about love which consist of the feel of love and action of love, one is from hormones and the other is from mind, and latter one needs effort, most people think love is effortless and every good thing should happen automatically, Love from a glance (hormones) is not enough for long lasting love relationship, it taught me I need work on my happiness after the moment of first glance passed.

Last part is about grace, please open your arms to welcome and embrace graces, if you reject and doubt about the graces, they will not come up, a GREAT book and worth the time to read.

An excellent book. I found the chapters exploring love especially helpful to finally understand the difference between the feeling of love and the action of love.

Unlike many books of this sort, it isn't dry or boring at all. It's quite an interesting read, and taught me more about myself and others. It's well worth a read.
