I'm glad I was able to get 'The 3-Ingredient Baking Book: 101 Simple, Sweet and Stress-Free Recipes' from KCLS because I live by the axiom that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I think a more appropriate title would be "Shortcut Desserts" because the author uses many pre-made ingredients such as self-rising flour (ick) and frozen puff pastry (a wonderfully delicious time saver!) and not all the recipes include actual baking. That's not to say I didn't copy a few recipes.
