A really sweet story. I really love the idea in the book that when you help others, you will be rewarded many times over. In their spare time, the children helped others and were good friends to everyone they met. Through their actions, they won the admiration and love of various people, including a particular gentleman, who by his influence, was able to have the children's father acquitted of charges of a crime he didn't commit. And they lived happily ever after. I wholeheartedly recommend this great book.
