Grill It! was Smorgasbook club's summer read and we enjoyed the simplicity and freshness of the recipes. Bobby Flay will inspire you to grill everything in your fridge with the great full page color photos. Recipes tended to sound strange but tasted great and the books layout was great for reading and cooking!

Good Recipes and BBQ sauces. The fish section is kind of limited to fish tacos and latin kind of flavors.
