Excellent book. I was diagnosed with bipolar in 2007 and have read over 25 books on the subject. This is an easy read and a great autobiography. I wouldn't recommend this as a resource book for bipolar. If you're looking for that type of book I would recommend "Living with someone who is living with bipolar disorder" by Chelsea Lowe

For anyone who is suffering or has a family member suffering from bipolar disorder - This book is a MUST! It is a light and funny read on a hard topic. I immediately went and bought this book to have as a resource.
