This book is billed as "All of us have cancer cells in our bodies. But not all of us will develop cancer."Indeed Dr. Servan-Schreiber shows us methodically how we can manage our lives regardless of whether we have cancer or not such that we can live better. The author tells us about all areas of our lives which we can change so that we can fight off cancer. Simple changes like changes to our diet can go a long way in this fight against cancer, so much so, that we wonder why more mainstream physicians don't advocate them. If there is one book you want to read this year this is the one
