as if it is book for kids , one page one thing to tell you what why how.
but, when it comes to healthy way of diet, i do feel this is necessary for anyone who is new to the category of healthy diet.
it boils down to the essential:
what should you eat and why.
it should be a book listed as basic education for everyone.
