Alton is one of my favorite celebrity chefs and this coverage of the early years of his show demonstrates why he is well beloved. The division of the recipes is based on the episodes, which can be a little confusing, but the index helps with that problem. Want to know everything about chicken? Ask Alton.

about as entertaining as alton is on"iron chef america" not a recomended book.
