Interesting story line not all focused on Willa's father as I expected it to be. I feel it was geared towards more of a younger teen audience, but as an older young adult I felt I could understand and relate better to the family dynamics that are explored. Her step sisters get everything money can buy while Willa feels she can't ask for anything nor disagree or argue or risk losing her family, which is why she turns to cutting in order to deal. I enjoyed this book overall, and was a quick read.

I really enjoyed this book. The begininning surprised me, for it had me wondering, "What could happen next after this?". But Pfeffer is an amazing author and took a few turns in the book I was not expecting. Great story!
