This cookbook is perfect for the cookbook reader. The pages are crammed with quotes, anecdotes and cooking tricks. Smorgasbook! enjoyed reading this title more that cooking with the cookbook. While all of the recipes came out fantastic, the layout of the cookbook proved a bit of a pain. This book does tempt you with plenty of beautiful pictures and keeps you turning the pages.
