This book is both poignant and at times funny. I liked it so much because the main character, Karen, sees the world so differently from me that it forced me to think about my perception of things. A quick read featuring a unique voice and quirky characters.

Serving suggestion: tuna tostadas.

A beautiful book by renown Mexican playwright . It's about autism, the politics of food production and relationships between people and the natural world. Satirical and heartfelt at the same time. Too good to be overlooked.

This novel is narriated through the voice of a girl who is autistic. I like this novel, because it gives you a little idea of how the autistic mind process information.
