It was like Barack Obama had editorial control of this book by revealing details to the author. The author takes pot shots at George W Bush's National Guard service while lauding National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes (who has a creative writing degree).
If you want details about the raid I would recommend Mark Owen or Robert O'Neill's books. This is just a book describing the political build up to the raid from Obama's point of view.
Just couldn't keep listening, the voice of the reader was hard to stay with and the writing was slow.
The author shows a extreme bias in making President Obama look good. It made me skip parts because of his love fest.
This author did a good job on Black Hawk Down. This book gave a lot of good facts. Unfortunately he made the president look like he was the action hero who pulled the trigger.
