Definitely a thrilling novel. Cosimano is brilliant in her ability to give her characters such vivid personalities. At times, it seemed like there was just too much information supplied to the reader which made the novel overwhelming to read. However, this is a real page turner and the identity of the murderer was unpredictable...
This is by far the most amazing book I've read. I couldn't put it down. Every page keeps you guessing. I wish I could find more books like this.
A twisted, thrilling read with a tense plot, an intriguing protagonist and a clever mystery. Recommend to teens looking for a dark, quick-paced mystery with plenty of chills.
Nearly Gone is a smart and fast-paced thriller that keeps the reader flipping pages right to the end. The clues are there but Elle Cosimano has written this well enough to keep you guessing until the end. Recommended read!

The book was good and I can honestly say I never saw the killer coming!

Nearly Boswell is a smart girl facing a smart opponent, a mysterious person who is trying to frame her for a series of murders.
"At first, the cryptic messages in the newspaper's Missed Connections column just seem weird. But math genius Nearly Boswell quickly is convinced that the messages are coded clues to the recent string of murders at her high school -- murders for which she's being framed. To prove her innocence, Nearly will have to use not only her math and science knowledge to decipher the killer's puzzling clues, but also her unusual ability to sense people's emotions through touch. Smart, edgy, and darkly gripping, Nearly Gone is a great pick for fans of supernatural thrillers like Lisa McMann's Crash or Olivia Samms' Sketchy." An entertaining read, just think it's somewhat odd or childish or infantile or silly when the author includes the occupations and vehicle choice of her parents in her bio. Really, really silly . . .
