A very readable and more informative than anticipated for this old dude book....short/ easy to grasp chapters on most of my questions on health, aging, and nutrition.

Should be compulsory reading for all students from years 7 through 12, so they can start managing their health at an early age. In fact every adult should read this little gem as well.
