I was very intrigued with the storyline and picked it up. I quit reading/ had to put it down (this never happens to me!) - the writing is terrible----I don't want to read a character re-iterate his/her internal struggles with his/her feelings and what s/he did/didn't do over and over and over again in the same, exact way. It's unimaginative, distracting, the sex scenes are unnecessary and it's a super big disappointment. I will unfortunately not choose to read more of this author's work.

Yucky, hated it.

I was disappointed with the book. The storyline had potential, but failed miserably. The heroine acted like a doormat. And then she's was treated like crap by Caleb's family when they should have worshipping the ground she walked on. I ended up being ticked off throughout the whole book.

I haven't had time to read much but now that I started work I had to find a book to read on the bus. My friend saw this book on the new shelve and I took it. I loved this book! Kept me entertained and interested the whole time. Give it a try.
