Apple's mother left her with her Nana 11 years ago, but now she's back. Apple is so, so happy, but is the mother she's built up in her imagination anything like the real thing? Very well written, easy to read, but leaves you thinking about people and life and what you'd like to be like. Recommend for 11 plus.
