I've been salivating my way through this book. The recipes all look delicious and it's hard to pick what to cook next! Simple and yum...love it!

A great introduction to Indian cooking. I made several of the recipes, and while I think there is still a lot for me to learn in mastering spices and techniques of Indian cooking, they still turned out wonderfully delicious. Jaffrey makes Indian cooking approachable.
