Parts of this fitness video were good, but not enough to make this a good workout. After about 20 mins of minimal activity suddenly you're doing crunches that are not really crunches (they work the obliques). I like that she creates exercises that are unique and low impact, but they don't give you a good workout. Tracie Long's Fitness for Seniors is much better and has exercises that actually give you a good workout without being high impact (perfect if you have an injury).
