Man book 13, what can I say? I cried a lot with this one, but in a good way. This one was good. As much as it was an ending story for Trez and iAm, it was also a beginning story arc for other characters, like Paradise and Assail. Hmmm onto the next one!
I laughed, I cried, I reread parts. The other books featuring twins had each romance seperate for each twin; Z's book, then Phury's; V's book, then Payne's. This one had Trez and iAm's romances together. Trez with a termanally ill Chosen, iAm with a lady who knows the value of concealment and being underestimated. Loved the scene of Trez on a rollercoaster.
Absolutely loved, loved, loved this latest from J.R. Ward. Her mind is so incredible devising these plots! The twists and turns for Trez and iAm are incredible. Hope there's more BDB to come - with Layla, Xcor, Throe, etc.
I have definitely missed the signature wit of J.R. Ward. This book was everything it promised and more. I wasn't too happy with how it ended, but I hope the writer has something planned for later on.
I have read all of J R Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood and loved them all. This book is no exception. It held my interest from beginning to end. If you love this series, then you HAVE to read this book.
ABSOLUTELY ONE OF HER BEST!!! I wish I could give more than just 5 stars! I laughed, I cried, I laughed & I cried & cried. I LOVED the ending, but was also surprised by it, however, I was glad it ended as it did. I cannot wait to read another. And will likely read this 1 again. I fell in love with both Trez & Iam. I just love J. R. Ward & am so seldom disappointed by her writing/imagination.
