A good overview of the military industrial complex, how foreign aid really allows for the work to be outsourced to international companies rather than to locals. The video starts with the premise of whether September 11 was truly an attack orchestrated by foreigners against Americans, and there's not a true continuity throughout the documentary - hopping more from topic to topic within the view of the role of the military. The thought that the military would stage another equivalent disaster, or that they either were involved in the 11/09/11 attacks are odd, disturbing, and a little far fetched. And no concrete proof other than speculation is offered on this topic. However, all else mentioned within the video about the overview of the situation internationally by US war machine, the lack of oversight when the work is farmed out to 3rd party contracters, etc, are all true and verifiable.
