This book was highly motivating for me. I read it through first and am now part way through the 6 week program. I have donated 3 bags of clothing, 5 boxes of books, and 3 other miscellaneous boxes so far. I've also lost over 10 lbs! The exercises and eating plan are easy to follow. I plan to buy a copy of this and reread it every 6 months to help me to maintain my successes.
