The hyper main character is a little too snarky at first. And her great-aunt Effie is off-the chart wacky. However, the author calms down and the humor actually started working a few chapters in. Hang tough. Light fun.

O.K. book. It's a funny and slow in the plot. It's grows on you as you read it. It's funny . Not your usual cozy mystery.

Loved it! A very light read with a who-dun-it plot that goes right to the end. The author has a very dry wit sprinkled with heavy sarcasm that had me burst out laughing on more than one occasion.
