This is a Great series!!! I love the adventure and thrill of not knowing what may come next... Or who will die next... 3rd book in the The Great Library series this story finds us focused on the inner workings of Jess's family life. With them being trapped in the burner city of Pennsylvania Jess and his friends must try to escape from the mess they've inserted themselves in while still striving to bring The Library of Alexandria down. New twists and turns with a book leaving us begging for more. 13+

This 3rd book is on par with its predecessor so if you are enjoying the series, you won't be disappointed. Loyalty or lack of it continue to be primary character traits and plot movers. You may notice a slightly preachy undertone though if you spend much time looking for political analogues, causes and symbols. If you're looking for comparable reading, I'd suggest The Maze Runner series and Hugh Howey's Wool trilogy.

A truly excellent addition to this series, which keeps getting better and better. Now I have to wait for the next volume!
