After reading the previous 26 books about Stephanie Plum and Co you might think the 27th installment would be uninspiring, dull even. But no, Janet Evanovich's 27th book in the Stephanie Plum series is as entertaining as ever. This…Read moreRead more of this comment

It’s Stephanie, Lula and Grandma Mazur in their typical antics. There isn’t a lot here that’s new, so if you like the humor and antics, good news: there’s more. If you tired of the same old same old and are looking for character…Read moreRead more of this comment

This was a difficult read after the last book hinted at something more exciting coming in the next book. Disappointing is the least harsh thing I can say. It is past time to add more depth to the main character if you want to continue on…Read moreRead more of this comment

This book, like Evanovich’s last Stephanie Plum book, was disappointing.
It’s the same old characters, same underwhelming plot, and nothing more.
Perhaps it’s time for Plum to get married and the series to end.

Just as in the previous 26 books, Grandma goes to a funeral; Stephanie destroys a few cars; Mom cooks. Plum also stands around helpless while Ranger nabs her FTAs. Throw in the Mob, some tunnels, a kidnapping, and introduce a spin-off…Read moreRead more of this comment
